Madécassol® %1 Merhem is a topical ointment containing Centella asiatica extract, used to promote wound healing and skin health. It is commonly used for burns, cuts, skin ulcers, and other skin lesions. It may also be used to address cosmetic issues such as acne scars and wrinkles. 
The ointment contains 10 mg of Centella asiatica extract per gram, along with other ingredients such as glycol stearate, propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, and essential oils. It is generally applied once or twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening.
